1. Acceptance

By using the MAZAD platform (website and app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Nature

MAZAD is an introduction platform only. We facilitate online auctions and reveal contact information between seller and winner after a successful auction. All physical transactions, delivery, and payment between parties happen offline. MAZAD is not responsible for fraud, disputes, or failed transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and located in Iraq to use the platform. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Fees

Auction entry fee: 0 IQD per auction room. Seller listing fee: 0 IQD per item. Payments via FIB or Supercard are optional and not mandatory.

5. Auction Rules

Bids are binding. The highest bid when the timer expires wins. The seller has 24 hours to accept or reject the final bid. Collusion and bid manipulation are strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Items

Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, wildlife, humans or human organs, pornographic material, and stolen goods are strictly prohibited. Violating accounts will be suspended immediately.
