We collect basic personal information during registration, including your full name, phone number, email address, and location (governorate). We also collect details about auctions you create or join and bids you place.

2. Payment Security

All optional financial transactions (such as the 0 IQD room entry fee or the 0 IQD listing fee) are processed securely through FIB or Supercard payment gateways. MAZAD never stores, retains, or has access to your credit card details or bank account info.

3. Data Sharing & Contact Disclosure

As part of the platform's purpose, contact details (name, phone number, and location) are revealed to the seller and the winning bidder once the auction ends and the seller officially accepts the bid. These details are never exposed to other users or external third parties.

4. Offline Transaction Disclaimer

MAZAD is an introduction platform only. All physical payments for goods, delivery, and physical receipt of items are completed manually offline directly between the seller and buyer. We assume no liability or responsibility for fraud, scams, transaction failures, or item mismatches occurring offline.

5. Contact Disclosure Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any problem rising from revealing buyers' and sellers' contacts to the opposite side.
